Lucifer’s Corner Statement of Commitment

Lucifer’s Corner is committed to operating lawfully, ethically, and with respect for the dignity, autonomy, and rights of every individual involved in our productions. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labor, coercion, exploitation, or any form of non-consensual activity.

Every performer appearing on Lucifer’s Corner participates voluntarily and is treated with professionalism, respect, and fairness.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Lucifer’s Corner strictly prohibits:

  • Human trafficking
  • Sex trafficking
  • Forced labor
  • Coercion or intimidation
  • Exploitation of vulnerable persons
  • Non-consensual sexual activity
  • Fraudulent recruitment practices
  • Production involving minors

Any individual or organization found to be involved in these activities will be permanently prohibited from working with Lucifer’s Corner, and where appropriate, information may be reported to law enforcement.

Performer Verification

Before participating in any production, every performer must:

  • Present a valid government-issued photo identification.
  • Verify that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Complete all required age verification procedures.
  • Sign all applicable consent and model release documents.
  • Participate voluntarily without coercion, intimidation, or undue influence.

Lucifer’s Corner complies with all applicable federal record-keeping requirements, including 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A, where applicable.

Consent Standards

Lucifer’s Corner recognizes that informed consent is essential.

Every performer has the right to:

  • Ask questions before filming or photography begins.
  • Decline any activity they do not wish to perform.
  • Withdraw consent before production begins.
  • Work in an environment free from threats, pressure, or intimidation.

Consent must always be informed, voluntary, and freely given.

Safe Working Environment

Lucifer’s Corner is committed to providing a professional production environment.

We strive to ensure that:

  • Every performer is treated respectfully.
  • Working conditions are safe and professional.
  • Agreed-upon boundaries are honored.
  • No performer is subjected to harassment, discrimination, or retaliation.

Documentation and Record Keeping

Lucifer’s Corner maintains appropriate documentation for every production, including:

  • Government-issued identification
  • Age verification records
  • Signed performer agreements
  • Model releases
  • Production records where required by law

Records are securely maintained and protected from unauthorized access.

Reporting Concerns

Anyone who believes a performer has been exploited, coerced, trafficked, or otherwise mistreated is encouraged to contact Lucifer’s Corner immediately.
